Adam and Luke (short for Lucrezia), who were both bred in Ireland, live with Margaret
and Rick Gorman in Dar es Salaam and are the only Irish wolfhounds in Tanzania. |
Adam and Luke cope well with the African heat as they live beside the sea so they
nearly always have a breeze, and alos have a swimming pool to dip into when they
get too hot. They both arrived in the middle of the very hot season, (November
- March) so initially they had an air-conditioned room which they could use
as they pleased, and they have canine cooler beds which are great. |
