Luke (short for Lucrezia) was bred in Ireland and lived with Margaret Gorma and Rick
French in Dar es Salaam. She and her kennelmate Adam were the two Irish wofhounds
in Tanzania. |
Luke coped well with the African heat. Living on the coast there was nearly always
a breeze, and she alos had a pool to dip into. She arrived in the middle of the
hot season, (November - March) so initially had an air-conditioned room which
she could use as she pleased, and she loved her canine cooler bed. |
