Milo from Somerset
In September 2007, Milo was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Amputation was considered too risky because he had heart disease so he received palliative treatment with Fosamax and tramadol, and more loving care than you could ever imagine from his family.

The photos below were taken when Milo was seven-and-a-half, and coming up to six months post-diagnosis. They are a testament both to his wonderful spirit and to Deb and Chris's loving devotion to their boy.
There's life in the old hound yet!!
