Rhania from Yorkshire
Beautiful Rhania was Sarah Powell's third wolfhound, following in the much loved paw-prints of Bedlam and Sirus.

A six year old wheaten, with a long and silky coat that, left to its own devices, wouldn't disgrace an Afghan, Rhania had a chequered history. Epileptic, she had originally been rescued eighteen months before, in poor condition, having been neither house- nor lead-trained.

Although her new owners loved her they were unable to give her the time and care she needed, and recognised that she needed a special home. She certainly found one.

For Sarah and her family, having a wolfhound in the house again after being 'dogless' for too long was a delight.
