
Nyce 19 January 1997 ~ July 1999 Nyce (pronounced Neesha) belonged to Ros Burton and her family, and was Clancy's young half-sister. She spent her holidays with us each summer, and died tragically young at the age of two and a half. |
Paddy 1992-1998 Paddy was Fran Smith- King's 'heart-hound' - a lovely natured dog, he was also huge, 39" at the shoulder and completely sound. A Crufts winner, he was Fran's pride and joy. He died of cancer at the age of five. |
Bronx 25 February 1988 ~ 1st March 1997 Bronx was Anita Kuosmanen's first wolfhound. As a puppy he was beautiful golden-brown brindle, but later he turned dark grey. Anita will never stop loving him as he was so special. He passed away age of nine from cardiomyopathy. |
Sera 22 August 1986 ~ 11 January 1996 Sera was Anita Kuosmanen's second wolfhound. She was a rescue dog whose litter brother Tarces Kameron was the most successful Finnish bred Irish wolfhound. Sera died at nine and half from torsion. |

Laoch 16 November 1987 ~ 24 June 1996 Joan and Steve Gardner's first wolfhound (the name is gaelic for hero, warrior or champion) was a huge lovely chap. He died from a perforated ulcer aged eight. His 'big bruv' retriever was Crackpot who died a couple of months before Laoch and they are buried side by side in the garden |
Kyle 1984 - 1993 Bred by Gill Griffin, Kyle was adopted by Hilary Jobson and her family at the age of four, as his owners were moving to an unsuitable property. He graced their home with his presence for five years in spite of a heart problem, and was softest, gentlest boy in the world. He spent hours at the window watching the world go by - the postman once asked who the old gentleman was! Kyle died of cancer at the age of nine. |
