Simba
August 2002 - 7 Feb 2012

Simba was the worthy successor to Davie Stuart's beloved boy, Barney. Simba lived a full happy and healthy life for ten-and-a-half wonderful years without a day of illness, but had to be put to sleep when he collapsed and failed to recover. He had the distinction of being one of the 'founder members' of the Torteval 'Near & Far' pages and will be greatly missed, not just by his family.

Brogan
26 Feb 2006 - 28 March 2012

Brogan lived in Cadgwith on the Lizard Peninsula in beautiful south west Cornwall with Bruce and Glynis Jordan. He was their second wolfhound, Willow having died at eight in August 2008. Brogan's death after a long battle against heart disease touched not only the Jordans, but many people in their village, even non-doggy ones. He was such a gentle boy, without a molecule of malice in him and never heard to raise his voice in anger.

Pog
13 June 2004 - 13 April 2012

Known as Pog to his friends,
of which there were many,
this much loved young man lived with Mick and Jay Boydon in Bicester, Oxfordshire, together with his wolfhound house-mate, Issy. Pog died very suddenly from a cardiac problem before reaching his eighth birthday. He will be long remembered  by all who knew and loved him.
